R&A Vapaalippujen käyttöohjeet
Hyvä kutsuvieras,
Olet saanut Rakkautta & Anarkiaa -festivaalille vapaalipun / -lippuja tai sarjakortin erillisessä sähköpostissa. Linkki mobiililippuihin tai -sarjakorttiin löytyy saamastasi sähköpostista. Jos et ole saanut sähköpostia, tarkistathan roskapostikansion.
Huomaathan, että vapaaliput olevat liput tulee vaihtaa näytöskohtaisiin elokuvalippuihin festivaalin tai festivaalin lipunmyyntipisteillä ennen näytöksen alkua. Katso aukioloajat.
Vapaalipuilla ei voi lunastaa lippuja gaala- tai erikoisnäytöksiin.
Näytösliput tulevat myyntiin ja vapaalipuilla sekä sarjakortilla lunastettavaksi perjantaina 4.9. klo 13.
Verkkokaupasta lippua lunastaessasi
Verkkokaupasta saat liput valitsemalla elokuvan näytöksen ja syöttämällä vapaalippusi koodin sille varattuun kohtaan. Lippu saapuu sähköpostiisi.
- Valitse elokuvan sivu festivaalin ohjelmistosivulta
- Klikkaa ostoskorikuvaketta ja lippukauppa avautuu uuteen ikkunaan
- Syötä vapaalipun tai sarjakortin koodi sille varattuun kenttään ostoskorissa ja klikkaa “Käytä” painiketta.
- Valitse 0€ hintainen lipputuote listalta.
- Klikkaa “Kassalle” painiketta siirtyäksesi kassalle vahvistamaan tilaus. Lippu saapuu sähköpostiisi 15 min kuluessa.
Festivaalin lipunmyyntipisteillä vapaalippujen olevien lippujen vaihto näytöskohtaisiin lippuihin onnistuu esittämällä vapaalippu tai sarjakortti tulosteena tai älylaitteesi näytöltä. Festivaalikeskus on avoinna festivaalin ajan arkisin klo 15.00-21.00 ja viikonloppuisin 11.00-21.00

R&A How-to-use complimentary tickets
Welcome to the 39th Helsinki International Film Festival – Love & Anarchy September 17-27 2026!
You have received a complimentary ticket / tickets or a serial card to Helsinki International Film Festival – Love & Anarchy. The link to the mobile tickets or serial card can be found in a separate email sent to you previously. If you have not received your tickets or serial card, please check your spam folder.
Please note that you must exchange the complimentary ticket or tickets on the serial card to a screening ticket either or at one of the festival’s ticket sales points. Check the opening hours.
Complimentary tickets are not valid for gala or special screenings.
Screening tickets come on sale and become available to redeem with complimentary tickets and serial cards on Friday Sept. 4 at 13:00.
Using a complimentary ticket or serial card in the online store:
Tickets for the festival screenings can be claimed with a Pass during the festival, from 17.9.2026 until 27.9.2026.
You can get tickets online by selecting the screening of the film and entering your ticket code in the space provided. The tickets will arrive in your inbox.
- Choose the film from the festival’s programme page
- Click the shopping cart icon and the online store opens in a new window
- Enter the complimentary ticket or serial card code in the field provided and click on the “Apply” button.
- Select the 0€ product from the list
- Click on the “Checkout” button to proceed to the checkout to confirm your order. The ticket will arrive in your inbox within 15 minutes.
You can also redeem tickets and find out more about the festival programme from our Festival Centre. The Festival Centre is open during the festival from 15.00-21.00 on weekdays and from 11.00-21.00 on weekends.
To redeem tickets at a festival ticket sales point, you can exchange complimentary tickets or tickets on the serial card to screening tickets by displaying the complimentary ticket or serial card on your mobile device or on print.
