FAQ
I bought a ticket/serial card in the online store, but I haven’t received it in my email. What should I do?
First, please check whether your ticket or serial card has ended up in your email’s spam folder. The ticket or serial card should arrive no later than 15 minutes after purchase.
If the ticket has not arrived, please contact us by email: liput@hiff.fi. Include your name, email address, and the order number (2 letters and 8 numbers) found on the receipt in your message.
I was charged twice for the same transaction. How can I get a refund for the overcharged amount?
Please contact us by email: liput@hiff.fi. Include your name and proof of the double charge (receipt or screenshot from your online bank).
Which serial card should I buy?
The Love & Anarchy festivals serial cards are designed to suit the different needs of festival visitors.
- IHASTUS (3 tickets): maybe a third film?
- HURMIO (6 tickets): a good option for a group of friends, for example
- PARATIISI (12 tickets): one film for each day of the festival
- EUFORIA (20 tickets): two films for each day of the festival – a great option for active festival-goers!
You can purchase multiple serial cards and combine them as you wish.
Can I share the screening tickets included in my serial card with others?
- Regular and early bird price serial cards can be shared with friends or family members, for example.
- Tickets redeemed with a discount group serial card can be shared among people belonging to the discount group specified on the ticket.
- Serial cards purchased with cultural benefits are personal, and tickets redeemed with them can only be used by the holder of the cultural benefit.
It is not possible to pay for a serial card in installments.
I have a serial card, but I couldn’t use it to redeem a ticket for the screening I wanted to see. Why?
If there are seats available for the screening, but you still can’t redeem a ticket, please contact us by email at liput@hiff.fi.
Include your serial card code, the name and the screening time of the film you wish to redeem a ticket to.
If the screening you have chosen is sold out, you will not be able to redeem tickets for it, even with a serial card. Most of the festival films are shown several times during the festival. You can check whether there are still tickets available for another screening of the film.
How is it possible that the screening I want to see is sold out?
Some of the festival’s screenings are very popular and tickets sell out soon after they go on sale. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee tickets for all films for everyone. However, you can check if there are any other screenings of the film with available seats.
Additional screenings of certain films will also be added to the “To be announced” screening slots on the second weekend of the festival. Information about additional screenings will be announced on our communication channels.
I need an assistant to accompany me to the screening. How do I proceed?
A free of charge assistant ticket can be redeemed by emailing us at liput@hiff.fi or at ticket sales point before the screening.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to get an assistant ticket for sold-out screenings.
The screening is sold-out, but there are still wheelchair seats available. Can I buy one?
Wheelchair spaces do not have seats. For this reason the wheelchair tickets can’t be sold to people who do not use a wheelchair, even if the ticket is the last one available.
Can tickets to sold-out screenings become available?
Tickets for sold-out screenings may become available 45 minutes before the screening. If tickets become available, they will be sold at the R&A online store and ticket outlets.
I bought a ticket, but I can’t go to the screening. Can I get a refund or exchange the ticket for another screening?
Paid and redeemed tickets non-refundable.
You can exchange a ticket for a 2€ fee. If you would like to exchange your ticket email us at: liput@hiff.fi.
