Press-passi
Tulet saamaan digitaalisen Press-passisi sähköpostiisi ja puhelimeesi ennen festivaalin alkua. Voit lunastaa pressilippuja festivaalin näytöksiin R&A:n verkkokaupasta ja Bio Rex Lasipalatsin festivaalikeskuksesta (Mannerheimintie 22-24) 18.9. alkaen. Festivaalikeskus sijaitsee Bio Rex Lasipalatsin toisen kerroksen lämpiössä ja on avoinna festivaalin ajan arkisin klo 14–21 ja viikonloppuisin klo 11-21.
Press-passilla saa lippuja vain saman ja seuraavan päivän näytöksiin. R&A:n verkkokaupasta saat liput valitsemalla elokuvan näytöksen ja syöttämällä passisi koodin sille varattuun kohtaan ostoskorissa. Passilla voi lunastaa yhden (1) lipun näytöstä kohti ja kolme (3) lippua festivaalipäivää kohti. Päällekkäisiin näytöksiin ei myönnetä lippuja. Liput seuraavan päivän näytöksiin tulevat saataville joka päivä klo 10. Lippu on hankittava viimeistään 45 minuuttia ennen näytöksen alkua. Median edustajille on rajalliset lippukiintiöt, ja liput jaetaan päivittäin lunastusjärjestyksessä, myös verkkokaupassa. Lippuja voi ostaa verkkokaupasta ja myyntipisteistämme. Peruslipun hinta on 14 €.

Pressikapasiteetti näytöksissä
Näytöksissä on pressikapasiteetti, eli pressipaikkoja on rajallinen määrä. Paikkojen määrä vaihtelee elokuvasalien kokonaiskapasiteetin mukaan. Suosituimmissa näytöksissä on mahdollista, että pressikapasiteetti täyttyy, eivätkä kaikki lehdistön edustajat mahdu näytökseen. Vaikka näytöksessä olisi muuten tilaa on mahdollista, että kiintiö on täynnä.
Ota etukäteen yhteyttä festivaalin tiedottajaan, jos olet tekemässä artikkelia jostain tietystä elokuvasta, niin voimme varmistaa pääsysi kyseiseen näytökseen. Yhteystiedot löydät tämän viestin lopusta.

Kiintiötä ei ole erityishintaisiin eikä ilmaisiin tapahtumiin (esim. R&A Talks).
Näytösten ulkopuoliseen ohjelmaan (esim. klubit) pressipassilla ei saa etuuksia.

Akkreditoituneita printtimedioiden toimittajia pyydetään lähettämään julkaistut R&A-aiheiset jutut festivaalitoimistolle (Bulevardi 5 A 12, 00120 Helsinki) tai tiedottajalle (saija@hiff.fi). Radio- ja tv-toimittajia pyydetään lähettämään etukäteen tieto jutun julkaisuajankohdasta.

Thank you for your application. You have been granted accreditation to Helsinki International Film Festival – Love & Anarchy from September 18 to 28, 2025.
Below you will find important information regarding the accreditation. The accreditation is personal and non-transferable.
Press Passes
The Press badge is electronic and you will receive a link to it via email / mobile phone soon. The electronic badge works best when opened on your phone. You can also print it if needed.
From Thu 18.9. onwards our Festival Centre will be located at Bio Rex, Lasipalatsi (address: Mannerheimintie 22-24). The centre is open from Thu Sept. 18th to Sun Sept. 28th from 2 pm to 9 pm on weekdays and from 11 am to 9 pm on weekends.
Screening tickets
Tickets are available from Thu Sept. 18th. Tickets can be claimed Thu Sept. 18th – Sun Sept. 28th online at hiff.fi/en or from the Festival Center (see above). In the online store find the film and screening you’re interested in, add a ticket into the shopping cart and enter your badge code in the ‘apply code’ box. At the Festival Center, please present your Press badge at the info desk.
Please note that you can only claim tickets for the same day and next day’s screenings.
You may claim three (3) tickets per day, one (1) ticket per screening with your Press badge. No tickets will be granted for overlapping screenings. The tickets for the next day’s screenings become available at 10 am each day. Tickets must be claimed at least 45 minutes before the beginning of each screening. Screenings for which no tickets are available with the Press Pass are listed at the end of this message.
Please note that there is a quota for badge holders for each screening and tickets are given out in order of arrival, also online! If there are no tickets left in the Press quota, you can buy a ticket online or at one of the festival’s ticket sales desks, if there is still room. The regular ticket price is 14 €.

Press capacity at the film screenings
There is a limited press badge capacity, meaning that there is a limited number of press badge seats. The number of seats varies according to the total capacity of the cinema hall. For the most popular screenings, it is possible that full capacity is reached and not all press badge holders will be able to attend the screening. Even if there is otherwise space available, it is possible that all press seats have been redeemed.
You can contact the festival publicist beforehand if you are writing an article about a specific film so we can ensure your entry to the screening.

There is no press quota for specially priced events or free events (for example R&A Talks).
Also, there is no press quota or press discounts for festival events outside of the screenings.
