How to redeem tickets with a serial card

The serial card alone does not grant entry to a screening. Tickets to screenings must be redeemed before the screening begins.

You don’t have to use all the tickets on the serial card at once, and more than one person can use the serial card (except for serial cards paid for with a culture benefit, which are personal).

The serial card is a code that allows you to redeem a number of tickets to the festival.

Redeeming tickets in the online store

1. Choose the film from the festival’s programme page
2. Click the shopping cart icon next to your desired screening and the online store opens in a new window
3. Enter the serial card code in the field provided and click on the “Apply” button.
4. Select the 0€ product from the list
5. Click on the “Checkout” button to proceed to the checkout to confirm your order. The ticket will arrive in your inbox within 15 minutes.

At the ticket sales point, tickets can be redeemed by presenting the serial card QR- or alphanumeric code on your smart device or print.
