How to redeem tickets with a serial card

The serial card alone does not grant entry to a screening. Tickets to screenings must be redeemed before the screening begins.

You don’t have to use all the tickets on the serial card at once, and more than one person can use the serial card (except for serial cards paid for with a culture benefit, which are personal).

The serial card is a code that allows you to redeem a number of tickets to the festival.

Redeeming tickets in the online store

1. Choose the film from the festival’s programme page
2. Select the number of tickets from the film page and move to the shopping cart
3. Enter the serial card code in the field provided and click “Apply”, this will reset the ticket price to zero.
4. Click on the “Checkout” button to proceed to confirm your order. The tickets will arrive in your inbox within 15 minutes.

At the ticket sales point, tickets can be redeemed by presenting the serial card QR- or alphanumeric code on your smart device or print.
