Each volunteer will receive a festival T-shirt, food vouchers, and depending on the number of hours and tasks, a personal STAFF pass and/or complimentary tickets.
We’ll give a STAFF pass for all those who work a minimum of 25 hours before or during the festival. With a STAFF pass you can access all the screenings that have seats left (excluding special screenings). For those who commit to under 25 hours, we’ll give complimentary tickets as compensation for their efforts.
Love & Anarchy and Finnish Film Affair are made possible by 200-300 volunteers yearly, united by their love for film. We warmly welcome new applicants and experienced festival veterans from all ages, genders, and backgrounds.
