What are R&A Pro and R&A Pro+ accreditations?

The accreditation fee for R&A Pro is €80 per person (incl. VAT 14%).

The accreditation fee for R&A Pro+ is €120 per person (incl. VAT 14%). R&A Pro+ is available in limited quantities, so act fast!

Payment is due immediately upon application for accreditation. We will notify you of the acceptance of your application by email in early September. If your accreditation application is not accepted, the fee will be refunded to you.

The deadline to complete an application for R&A Pro or R&A Pro+ accreditation is 13 September. Please note that applications sent by 13 September can take up to 24 hours to process.

There is a separate accreditation for the festival’s Finnish Film Affair on 24-26 September on the event’s own website at hiffindustry.fi. FFA accreditation is not included in the R&A Pro accreditation.

Is R&A Pro or R&A Pro+ for me?

Our R&A Pro accreditation is open to film industry professionals such as producers, directors, screenwriters and actors, as well as film distributors, exhibitors, sales agents, representatives of film festivals, archives and institutions, as well as investors and production service companies. The Pro accreditation is for you if you would like to see a variety of films from the programme and can also make use of daytime screenings.

Please note that the R&A Pro or R&A Pro+ badge does not guarantee access to a specific film or screening (ticket quotas are in use for badge holders). Furthermore, access to galas or special screenings is not included in the accreditation.

What does R&A Pro pass contain?

R&A Pro professional accreditation includes the right to redeem three screening tickets daily (subject to availability per screening) from 18 September onwards for the duration of the festival.

Please note that the R&A Pro Pass does not guarantee access to a specific film or screening (pass holders have their own ticket quotas) and cannot be used to redeem tickets for gala screenings, free events or special priced screenings.
