This summer, we asked our audience what kind of Love & Anarchy merchandise they would like to buy from the festival. And boy, did you have some wishes: we received over 900 responses! Based on your wishes, we’ve designed an entirely new line of R&A merchandise for this year. All items are available in limited quantities only!
This year’s Love & Anarchy merch includes long-awaited hoodies, large canvas tote bags, and mugs. You can also get a taste of the festival with our official coffee and chocolate – both the fiery Anarchy Chocolate and the gentle Love Chocolate! All products are available during the festival at the Bio Rex Lasipalatsi Festival Center and Kinopalatsi.

R&A’s merchandise is designed to align with the festival’s values and produced as sustainably as possible. The hoodie is made from recycled cotton and plastic bottles, produced by Pure Waste. The tote bag is made of 80% recycled cotton and 20% recycled polyester. The tote bags and mugs are supplied by Office Goes Green. The chocolate is vegan and made by Vanhankaupungin Suklaa. The coffee is produced by Lykke.
Durability is also part of the merchandise’s sustainability. Our goal is to design timeless products that last a long time in use. And this is a limited edition! Many of the items feature a drooling tongue.
The illustration, by Hans Nissen, originally appeared in the 1999 festival catalogue. “It perfectly encapsulates Love & Anarchy,” sums up Samppa Ranta, the festival’s graphic designer.
