Nordic Culture Point and Nordic Youth Film Festival (NUFF) in Tromsø offers the opportunity to see new Nordic films made by young talents. NUFF is an annual short film festival for young filmmakers up to 26 years old. The festival includes a competition for Nordic films and international workshops. The competition has different age groups and an award is given to the Best Nordic Short Film of the Year together with Nordic Co-operation.

The workshop participants come from Nordic countries as well as other countries around the world. They produce short films from the idea to a finished product within a week. Renowned professionals guide participants through the various stages of film production.

The screening at the Nordic Culture Point presents some of the winning films of NUFF 2018. The Finnish participants of the NUFF will be at the screening and will comment and discuss the films and share their experiences from the workshop.
