All venues except Maxim 1 have wheelchair seats. Wheelchair seats are available for purchase online or at the festival box office. Free tickets for personal assistants can be accessed by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, or by visiting the box office in person. Please note that if a screening is sold out, accommodation for personal assistants is not guaranteed. During the festival, requests for personal assistant tickets may go unanswered for same-day screenings; please make reservations in advance.

The cinema is located on the 2nd floor of Lasipalatsi. Entrance by using the elevator of the Amos Rex museum shop during the museum’s opening hours (Thursday at 11–20, Friday at 11–18, Saturday and Sunday at 11–17). When the museum is closed entrance from the inner yard of Lasipalatsi, please call the festival staff (tel. +358 10 3156100), who will come to the door.
Box office counter is accessible from the main entrance. The toilet and the balcony of Maxim 2 are accessible from the entrance by using a wheelchair ramp. The Finnkino staff is happy to assist. Unfortunately the wheelchair elevator to access Maxim 1 is currently out of use. Unfortunately the bars of Maxim are not accessible by wheelchair, but you can make your orders at Finnkino box office and Finnkino staff will deliver the beverages to your seat.
