How to Attend

Important information for attendees of FFA in Helsinki. You can attend panels in-person with an FFA badge. Badges can be picked up from the FFA info desk at Hotel Marski (Mannerheimintie 10) between the hours of 9:00 – 20:00.

Opening Screening: This year FFA’s opening screening will be in two different film theatres; 18:15 at Bio Rex, and 18:30 at Savoy. If you have confirmed your opening screening film ticket, make sure you check which theatre your ticket is to in plenty of time.


The 9th Finnish Film Affair will take place in Helsinki and online 23-25 September 2020. Accreditation for the event has now ended.

Refund policy

As the health and safety of everyone attending is our utmost priority, we want to offer you flexibility with refund options and to ensure that no one attends the event unwell. If you purchase the Helsinki pass but become unwell ahead of the event, we offer you a full refund until Wednesday 23 September 11am (Helsinki, UTC +3). You can also swap your Helsinki accreditation to our online pass, in which case we will refund you the difference. To change or cancel your pass, please get in touch with us at
