The Lodz Film School, one of the oldest film schools in the world, puts special emphasis on practical work in its teaching programme. The school educates students in film art, television, photography and acting. The screening features a selection of students works from 2019-2020.
The main characters of this film are residents of the Studzieniec youth detention center. It is an open facility, resembling a compulsory summer camp rather than a high-security prison. In places like this, the residents are not given sentences in years. They cannot leave until the day of their 21st birthday. They stay in touch with the outer world mainly by use of a landline phone in the supervisor’s room.

In order to confront her unfaithful partner, young woman embarks on a lonely journey throughout the city, which with each subsequent street becomes more stifling and unsympathetic. Terrified, she watches as the world she knew changes, and more dangers lurk around every other corner. The day ends up bringing tragic consequences.
